Luis Felipe Fernández Vargas holds a Degree in Law from the University of Higher Studies of the Dutch College (2001). Over the duration of his career he has worked in the Federal Public Administration, as well as in private and corporate law. Over the past few years, he has acquired a great deal of experience in consulting and transacting immigration procedures to the United States.
